    Watch week 16, 1981 season, Jets vs Packers. Or week 16, 1985 season, Jets vs Browns. Or week 17, 2002 season, Jets vs Packers. Three GREAT games when the Jets HAD to win to get to the playoffs and got it done showing gutts, toughness and character! Uplifting games when the Jets had to bring it and DID!!! The days when the Jets had some HEART!

    They not only had heart in the 80s, they had an offense which was productive and exciting to watch.

    appreciate your attempt to make us all feel better, but where are the 98% of the Jets fans gonna be able to get the games from the 80s?

    Even if they do, I personally don't see how any of us could find happiness in a game that happened decades ago knowing those season ended without a title anyway.

    This. People needs to stop about heart, last year you could have made that argument when they were losing and most importantly when they lost in the title game but this year the team is just lacking in talent. The WRs don't get open deep, the offensive line is pretty terrible, the offensive staff is a joke and the safeties can't cover.

    My way of feeling better is I put Sanchez head on my punching bag, just saying. Atleast Rangers are 1st this year.
