If he was thrown out of the way by a DE who was a hall of famer, I could understand, he was thrown aside by a LB, that should never happen in the NFL, and you are not wrong on this, but it;s things like these that make me mad with BS, as our OC he can see on film we have a weakness on the right side of the line and he still won't give him help.
I'm not the GM but let's be real here, MT must have some kind of list available to him of personnel they looked at in the combines for players who were invited to training camp or undrafted free agents. Maybe a player who was cut by another team. WH is being tossed around like a salad by opposing LB's that should not be happening at this level.
I don't know what you are talking about, Slausen has been solid. He is young and has been a great value and a solid contributor. Give the FO credit when they get it right. Hunter is just awful though.

Yes b/c one player out of all of the players drafted means Tanny and Rex have no idea what they're doing. I agree that Ducasse was a terrible fucking pick and is hurting us more than ever (imagine if we drafted a competent RT w/ that pick, no Hunter!). But look at the rest of the drafts of the Rex/Tanny Era, they've basically hit on all of them more or less. The problem is, as Cman said, Tanny's inability to hold on to draft picks and trading them away. It kills our depth. The problem isn't the draft picks, but the lack of them.

Drafting a tackle in 2012 won't fix anything until 2014. I would imagine with the timing of the Sanchez restructure that Tanny is planning on extending a player or two to move money around so they can target a veteran.
From what I've heard, there arent really any Vet RT that will play at a quality level for a good 3 years. And we dont need to get older on the line, we have to get younger all around on the team.

The one Hunter play that blew my mind was a Babin sack (his second, I think,) where Babin blew right past Hunter and took Sanchez down...then Hunter started tugging on his jersey after he was already on the turf with our QB wrapped up. The dude can't even hold right for fuck's sake!
