    Two Negatives

    1) Leonard went down.
    2) Finally, a game where the Jets played "Complete" football from beginning to end, only to notice that on TV @ the beginning of the 4th quarter, the place was empty. Not just "thinned out," more like, "someone has a bomb, everyone run!!!" empty.

So, if they only eke out wins against the Eagles, Giants, and Dolphins, you'll be mostly indifferent when they head to Houston for their playoff game?

Is it a reflection on our fan base that many have chosen to point out negatives despite being asked what positives they can take away from Sunday's game?

Yeah I noticed that too. Negativity is OK, but why in a thread about the positives?

If I recall, many (in the pregame thread) predicted a low-scoring and/or close game, yet we're still seeing people try to cheapen the win.

We beat the Chiefs better than most (maybe all? Not sure) did and while the team overall kinda sucks, their defense is not that bad. They held Pitt to 13 points.

I saw a lot of positives, most have been pointed out, but I'll add this: say what you want about the Chiefs, but a big win combined with a 3-win streak is great for our momentum.

Great game. Loved all the screens (thank you Moore).

On head scratch-er to me was how long Rex kept Sanchez and Greene in with the game put away at the end of the 3rd qtr. It almost got Sanchez killed.

I guess with all our 4th qtr comeback Rex ain't go too much experience with blowouts!

Beat them better then most lately. In the beginning of the year the Chiefs were getting blown out by everyone. I think the Bills put up 40 on them.

Pouha was a beast again yesterday. He's been quietly having a HUGE season. Although he's 32, his "football age" is closer to 28-29 when you take into account his missionary work and year out due to injury. Long time listener, first time caller...

I'll tell you how much of a lopsided win this was...out here in CA the Jets game was the featured game...with about 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, can't remember who the announcers were, but they said "that we were being cut over to a more competitive game". lol

Next thing I know we're cut over to the NE/Washington game. I've never had that happen before. Holy cow...cut over to a "more competitive" game. 1st complete game of the season...the 1st Buffalo game included. They need to do this through the remaining 7 games of the season!

It may be some of that, but the practical aspect is that the list of negatives this week is significantly shorter than the list of positives.

There some good aggressive play calling on both sides of the ball (playing to win) and there was actually some excellent situational playcalling for once

    1) rope a dope naked boot for nacho and some nice play action for him as well
    2) working keller when it was obvious they didn't really have an answer for him (even if it just led to PI call)

There was no nail-biting because all three areas of the team showed up and played to win. Another pro was that I only had to hear the name Tebow one time during a program of the NFL. What a great game haha.
