It's certainly coming out just how irresponsible Cleveland was in bringing McCoy back in the game. There appears to be very little evidence that they followed the concussion protocol. They're claiming that they couldn't tell that he had suffered a concussion, which is so preposterous as to be beyond belief. Harrison deliberately went for a helmet-to-helmet hit. If he doesn't get suspended it will be absurd, especially given his history.
