McNabb will be whoring himself out on the NFL Network halftime show tonight.

Don't want him. Bad attitude, lazy, bad QB. Hasn't been good in about 4 years.

    McNabb?

As a back up to replace Brunell might not be a bad move. Thoughts?

I would rather someone push Favre in a wheelchair to the game than see Mcnabb throwing balls in the dirt all day.

I cant imagine why anyone would bring this up.

Not only is he on a team, but he has sucked balls on 3 different teams the last 3 seasons.

But no worries, im sure his 4th new team in 4 seasons and hell suddenly be good

It really amazes me how this guy just fell on his face since leaving Philly.
We definetly have to get younger at back up QB but I can't see McNabb as an option.I don't really think he'd really be a good bench coach for Sanchez.

Houston would make the most sense. Maybe Chicago.

My brother quipped once about him: FcNabb, and he doesn't read it as FacNabb either. Go figure.

    Reply #16, I set the over/under at #3, I lose.

I would prefer him over Brunell as a backup with a full camp, but I don't see how he can help us right now, unless we get him in before the Redskin game to help dissect their offense. Assuming he ever knew their offense. And teach him the OT rules in case we need him in an OT.

I'm sure there is almost no guaranteed money, Anyway they still only have 2 QBs on the roster Yates and Delhomme, and McNabb is probably better than both.

Edit- Forgot they have Kellen Clemens, who is also terrible

How the hell did teams put in a claim for Orton but not Mcnabb? Is Houston and Chicago retarded?

Orton's last season was pretty decent... besides he probably can play another "couple" of years.

McNabb is done. Since two years ago. What he did at Washington and Minnesota was just plain awful.
    I'd consider Russell before McNabb.

Beyond the irony of your terrible grammar; Kyle Orton has been a legitimately decent QB as recently as last year. He was a top 10-15 QB last year, better than McNabb by a long shot.

the other thing with a claim is that you pick up the guys contract. If he isnt claimed the original team ends up fronting most of the deal, and you can just pay the guy minimum wage, which is whats going to happen to mcnabb.
