Nice job with the 4 TD's but i would be lying if i would say he played good, he was all over the place the first half, but he came through when it mattered most, Nice win.
Anyone who thinks its ok for a quarterback to never show up in the 1st half is either demented or more retarded then Shotty.
It seems like every receiver is always double covered. Mark made some stupid throws but every play it looks like nobody is open so he tries to force it in. The defense started to loosen up once the running game got going though and Sanchez came back into his own.
The defense kept giving him chances? What game were you watching? The Bills at one point converted 4 third downs in a row, Cromartie fumbled a punt and then got burnt the next play for a touchdown. That's a big swing. No way in hell did the offense play up to acceptable standards but the defense sure as shit did not give this offense and Mark Sanchez chance after chance.
we don't play in the dome or in some sunny paradise, no quarterbacks gonna through 70% consistently at Metlife. if Mark played somewhere else with a good cast of receivers then he would get those stats too. but in the end it's just about the wins. and Mark is one of the winningst qb through first 3 years. FACT
Under 200 yds passing. 3-5 passes that should've been picks. Please don't get carried away. lmao, some Jet fans are hilariously delusional
Criticism does not equal hate. I'm glad Sanchez had 4 touchdowns, but the bad overshadows the good in this game. He was inaccurate and made some bad decisions. There were certainly encouraging signs in Mark's play. But he has to play better.
Pretty much. Nice to still have faith but this game wasn't something to use as an example that Sanchez is anywhere near elite.
This is against the Bills, and an injury riddled Bills team at that. George Wilson wasn't playing, no Merriman, Kyle Williams, etc. If you are praising Sanchez after this game you should be ashamed. If you are saying meh you did enough to win I'm ok with that.
Sanchez stares down his receivers, so that's why it always looks like whoever he throws to is tightly covered.
Ya i mean people been complaining about how the line is shit, well Sanchez had all day to throw today and still had a bad game. Whats the excuse now?
The receivers dropped so many balls on Sanchez especially early. Keller dropped 2 in the first 2 drives and Holmes dropped 3. That said they also made some amazing catches later on. There were a lot of highlights by both teams today.
Plenty of the drops were Sanchez throwing shitty passes and the receivers being tightly covered, Keller is a bitch though.
You can say the same thing about the Bills dropping balls thrown by Sanchez right into their hands. How many interceptions did the bills drop today?
