I'm asking for everyone to refrain from bashing TGG and the decisions made on bannings, it serves no purpose. Everyone has their own opinion but rehashing it is going to get you in trouble. This draft forum is probably IMO, the best forum on TGG with great discussions and few trolls and bullshit posters. We have lost 4 regulars that frequent this forum in the last 72 hours, all were GMs in our upcoming Mock draft in Jan. All were excellent posters in the draft forum with their knowledge. I hate losing smart, intelligent posters. At the current rate, I'll have no quality GMs left to participate. If this continues, I will probably cancel the Mock draft, since I'm not going to run a draft with all newbies. The reason our Mock draft is successful is because of a core group of about 14 regulars. Please let's get back on Topic of the NFL Draft in this forum related to the Jets. THX, WW85

Damn. I really enjoy viewing the mock draft because I really like college football, but don't share nearly the knowledge a lot of you guys do so I use the draft as a learning resource for the real draft in April. I hope it doesn't wind up cancelled.
It's not my choice to cancel the draft, it will up the members of this forum if they want it to continue by their actions. I hope cooler heads prevail. I really want the draft to go on!!
The recent suspensions (while necessary) were extremely hard on the draft forum. We lost some great draft minds this past weekend and its going to take time and some good luck to replace them. Hopefully all ends up well, the draft forum stays as fruitful and fun as it has in the past, and we are able to continue on with the mock draft.
WW85, I think we can still pull off the 3 round mock in Jan/Feb....but the 7 rounder might be in a little trouble, because it requires more discipline from the participants and folks that help out running it (collecting draft boards and making picks in lieu of). I'd like to do the 3 round mock....i'll help recruit some new GMs that are serious about drafting.
I appreciate your help. I'm not trying to threaten members by stopping the draft, just trying to talk some sense into all these draft regulars that are "falling on the sword".
taking on additional assignments is nice, but you actually have to show up to participate. I remember you skipping out last year.
You've ruled the world long enough Sid Vicious. Seriously, I did it back for the 09 draft with the Bucs. Aside from a single snafu because I didn't have an internet connection for a couple days I think I did a pretty decent job.
Sucks that some of the more intelligent posters were banned, especially one's who knew their shit really well about the draft. This part of the forum is what made me join TGG and the draft provides hope for a brighter future; hope the mock draft comes through...
Love to know what i missed. I lurk this forum all the time because im not into college football but the list of those gone are the ones you look for. Permanant bans? Mr. E's last post was "Im Done" and that is it.
