I passed off that last "shot" of Jack- as it appeared to be the last fifth from the bottle- I definitely couldn't hang. Also, the football shaped glass which we saw earlier in the day was a nice touch.
Sounds like it was fucking mental. Glad it went well and nice to see all contributed to the collection. Shame the game was wank...imagine what it was like sober!!
I brought a bottle of green label Jack (always do for Jet games), and there was a good bit of that left as the big bottle of black label was running out. Hobbes might not have noticed it by then, which might have worked out for the best.
Hobbes, please recognize that the board isn't laughing at you personally, just reflecting upon the timeline and underlying circumstances when considering the body of work a few days later. It goes without saying that you WILL be at every TGG tailgate moving forward.
Drunk people injuring themselves is always funny. Especially when they start abusing the EMTs. "GET THE FUCK OFF ME, I'M GOING TO THE FUCKING GAME! DON'T TOUCH ME!"
It was the day that Hobbes stopped being a TGG poster and became a part of TGG folklore. He seems to have disappeared in the last 24 hours. I'm presuming that his wife has banned him from the site.
Maybe we should have an EMT on hand ahead of time or perhaps fit him with a motorcycle helmet as a prophylactic measure.
In regards to Hobbes, all I'm going to say is this....you had to be there to really appreciate the show he put on.
Well apparently it was me, somehow? Its on my camera anyway, I uploaded a bunch of pics, I think they are on page 125 or something like that, yours is fittingly the end of the album haha. Oh and as my memories are slowly returning to me I rememberring flashes throughout the night. Thanks alot for the jump KOZ once security broke into my vehicle for me and i was able to locate my lost keys which were in my pocket the whole time, I was able to start my truck no problem.
I have been to many TGG events. And everyone of them have been amazing. Truly great times. This one ranks right up there as the greatest with the the first ever TGG Night Out. An absolutely EPIC night (except for the game). You could not script that tailgate any better!
