    Here's why we lost

    1. First drive Bad play-calling inside 10, Folk misses 24 yarder!!!

    2. Sanchez calls time out and gives Brady enough time to score
    We're down 13-9 instead of up 9-6

    3. Kerley hurt... McKinght back on punts. He fumbles
Thank God only a FG (great challenge btw)
Why wasn't Leonard back to receive punt?

    4. Sanchez to Greene ..way to catch the ball, bruiser..bounce, bounce interception 5 plays later 23-9

Brady takes over with their finesse/no-huddle offense...game over

    Agree.
    Agree.
    All scoring plays are reviewed.

    5. Not running the ball in the first half when they were getting five yards a clip.

there was no excuse for giving up that TD at the end of the first half.

and after we scored the TD to make it a 7 point game, we got manhandled.

lets face it, everyone played like shit. everyone

the defense didn't lose us the game by themselves obviously. but they contributed too. when you have all 3 phases making mistakes, you're nto going to win any games that way

We lost because we don't have a quarterback who can take advantage of opposing defenses no matter how much they suck.

that touchdown before the half definitely hurt but Smith had a stupid penalty that cost us 15 yards and I believe if that wouldnt have happened they would have either came up empty or with 3. Either ways its shoulda coulda woulda at this point.

Agree its the offense. In order to beat Brady you have to keep him off the field as long as possible. If the offense doesn't stay on the field and eat the clock then its not going to work. Our defense was out of gas the 2nd half all thanks to our pathetic showing of an offense who couldn't stay on the field against the worst defense in the league smh.

Tell me where the open receivers were all game. I saw Sanchez miss two open guys because his progressions were on the other side of the field. Aside from that, I'm not putting this on Sanchez.

How anyone can give the defense a pass is beyond me. Twice the offense scored a touchdown to either go ahead or get within 7, and both times the defense gave up an 80+ yard TD drive. If they are so incapable of stopping a no-huddle offense then they have no one to blame but themselves.

As you said, all three phases of the team were at fault here, but as usual, it's only the offense that gets the vitriol.

The point isn't that he is simply "missing" guys, the point is that he isn't grabbing the opposing defense by the balls and putting them on the defensive. This is the league's worst defense, I have watched many patriots games this year and they cannot stop a passing attack if their lives depended on it, so why now all of the sudden do they decide to look like an elite defense? They didn't, we let them look like that because our quarterback looks like he simply wants to get the ball out of his hands as fast as he can not make a play against a swiss cheese defense. Are the patriots 4th and 5th corners THAT good? To cover receivers like Plax and Tone? They are not, but this offense makes every defense we play look better than they are, imagine if Sanchez didn't have a superbowl mvp and another pro bowl wr in plax to throw to, imagine if Sanchez was like every other upstart QB, that thought should be scary because it is plain and obvious that Sanchez is propped up by everyone around him, he is a drain on the offense.

Jets defense let the Patriots dictate the tempo and do no huddles as the Jets secondary was befuddled and as the Jets got zero pass rush on a wounded O-Line.

The 1st half they were fine but they got beaten in the 2nd half by the Patriots fast attack. You have to give the Pats credit for dictating the style of play they wanted after the 1st half and not taking the foot off the gas.

The 2 biggest drives for the defense, they totally got steam rolled.

End of the first half, they let them go 80 yards in a minute.

2nd half, Jets cut it to 7, and they let the Pats go on a 7 minute, 84 yard drive. That was a fucking disgrace.

    I blame everyone.

    Jets couldnt stop Brady

    Jets couldnt throw the ball

    Jets couldnt pass rush

    Jets sucked in all phases

    Basically this.

And it's laughable people are blaming Schotty for not running the ball enough tonight when they blamed him for running it too much in the first game against the 'bad' secondary. Yeah they shouldn't have thrown three straight passes to begin the second half but other than that you gotta give the players the lion's share of blame on this one, not the coaches.

    SPOT ON!

23-16 game to start the 4th and we allow them to go 84 yards and eat up 7 minutes and make it 30-16. Inexcuseable.

All three phases share equal blame in this one.

Is it really that suprising that the unit that has underachieved all year and constantly puts the team in holes they have to climb out of gets the majority of the vitriol? Also the defense has several demonstrably good players and a couple lightning rods of awfulness while you'd be hard pressed to name a Jet on the offensive side of the ball having a good year.

An all out flame-out by offense, defense, and special teams. To give the defense a free pass and blaming it all on the offense is totally passing the buck - IMHO.

I blame this on myself. I wore a different jersey for the first time all season. This is on my shoulders.
