Cool new recon chopper and some other new perks as well. Truthfully I'm only in hour one of playing, I haven't even scratched the surface. EDIT: Btw, if anyone wants to play tomorrow on xbox, my tag is Mjjets.

I played a shitload with some friends. Hopefully some assholes don't find any major glitches or really cheap tactics in the next week or two.
Wound up not getting it yet, putting it off until later in the week. I want to try to hit one more five spot before I shell out the cash. Not necessarily a BF3 fanboy. I own every edition of both series for the PS3 and thoroughly enjoy both for what the other lacks in. I don't think either one is necessarily ahead of the other its really all on preference. I asked if it had those things because I heard a rumor they were doing exploding territory, and the commercials implied as much too. Example: When I am playing CoD and get sick of having to throw grenades into the same room every 5 minutes because some idiot newb keeps camping there thinking I'll magically forget his presence, I like to pop in BF3, find the first newb camping alongside a wall, and lob a 125mm tank shell kill into his death ratio. On the flip side, when I'm sick of people playing Battlefield LIKE it's call of duty, I'll just pop in MW2, WaW, or Black Ops and go to town with my smg's.
Got it last night. Line outside Best Buy was craaaazy. Got in line at 10 and didn't get the game til 1am. Ridiculous. Played for a few hours this morning and last night... I'm at like 1.6 k/d. I'm liking it. Some of the maps aren't that great but I can't remember the names just yet.. one that I hate is the one that takes place in Manhattan with the Subway underneath. Awful. The M4 and Scar are my favorite weapons so far. I'm close to unlocking that sub machine gun everyone seems to love, PP90M1 or something? Either way.. this game is awesome as fuck.

I have a love/hate with the maps. Some are pretty fucking awesome, and some underwhelm completely. I find alot of the Eurp maps are pretty cool, but Im a better player with long corridors and unobstructed pathways. I'm a little pissed that the Elite server is fucked. I want to get my clan registered and playing....
The specialist feature is pretty awesome. You get additional perks at 2,4, & 6 kills (perk 1,2,3) and then you get all the perks at 8 kills. So essentially you are running around like a crazed mass murderer with all these superhuman skills. Just imagine a marathon sprinting, under the radar, silent, quick drawing, steady aimed, sleight of handed, retarded chimpanzee strong player who can't be fucked with. It's pretty cool.
I have watched some footage and seen ppl collecting dog tags after they shoot someone. Whats that all about?
It's a new game mode just like team deathmatch but to get points for your team you have to collect the enemy's dog tags off his dead body
Resistance and Dome are 2 of the worst maps I've ever played. Especially resistance. It's a camp fest. Mix that in with one team in the all black spec ops suits, and it's a joke.
