Revis doesn't need to hear any bullshit to shut down Stevie Johnson. Coming off a bye with the chance to beat a division rival 1 game ahead of us in the standings should be enough motivation for our D.

Because it took 20 years for the memories of the missed FG to fade and the fans would have been booing if they tried to do this earlier?

Didn't read the rest of the thread, so I don't know if it was discussed or not but:
I could see the Jets using a lot of three-safety packages on Sunday with Leonhard, Smith, and Pool. The Jets will obviously need a bunch of defensive backs to cover Buffalo's receivers when they come out in 4-WR sets, but the Bills also run out of these formations, so having extra safeties in there to stop the run would make sense.

We need to get physical off the line with their WR's. Fitzpatrick locks in on a WR from the snap of the ball and generally has a 3 step drop. He rarely goes through his progression. The Giants played their WR's very well in the 2nd half of that game.

Buffalos receivers are garbage after Stevie Johnson who will be useless with Revis on him. Stopping the run is our main priority.

Just like Brandon Marshall went for 6 catches for 109 yards with an 18 yard average with Matt Moore throwing to him. And he dropped a TD. Just like that? You don't even have to complain about the blatant (and I mean blatant) PI on the interception on Revis. Marshall still burned Revis the entire first half.

You've made it blatant (and I mean blatant) that you don't know anything about football.

Marshalldid manage to give Revis trouble because he is a physical beast when he decided he wants to play.

You couldn't be any more wrong about the P.I. But you won't budge on that so no need to go any further than that.

I don't even care about the PI. Marshall showed its possible to make plays against Revis. He was also dropping balls left and right. His numbers could have been better.

It is possible if you get a guy like Marshall or megatron playing their A+ game.

Stevie Johnson is a good WR but he won't do shit when Revis is lined upon him. Hope he gets to go against Cro sometimes or he is out of the game.

He is a complete retard anyway and not worth the time.

Plus Football outsiders did a piece on Marshalls 5 catches on Revis. Why do we need a Bills stroke victim, troll, moron, retard to opine on something that was covered in a much more thorough thoughtful and subjective manner.

Real Analysis here not some nonsense from a retarded troll:

Yes, by pushing off and being bigger than Revis by a large amount. Even then, he did nothing substantial. His biggest reception was against Cromartie, not Revis.

Come on man that isn't true Revis was on the field somewhere that 50 yarder should count against him so I can troll.

I hope that Shitzpatrick feels as confident as you and Stevies Johnson.

QB's throwing at Revis this year have a quarterback rating under 3.

Clearly I'm not welcome here for engaging in educated discussion based on facts. So I guess I will step away and come back and say hello after the game regardless of the outcome.

Guys, come on. Stevie Johnson is an elite WR. He's the type of guy that you can throw a wide open bomb to in OT and he would never drop it.
