A caller is getting on Eli Manning for throwing dumb passes and Fatman gets heated. He brings up how he outplayed Brett Favre in the cold and outplayed Tony Romo in the playoffs. Yet, he continues to bash Mark Sanchez without mentioning his playoff successes. I'm not a Jet fan, but he definitely has some anti-Jet bias.
has he mentioned Tom Brady being classless walking off the field early as his team stayed on the field to greet the Jets?
Funny... no one has... I tweet/asked Jane McManus about this after the game last night, as CBS showed Classy Tom already in the tunnel before Ryan and Bellichick had shaken hands, meaning that he must have walked off without doing so. She said good question, she was in Jets tunnel, and therefore didn't see. Haven't heard it mentioned, and frankly, Fatty would say... "who cares... I don't get into all that, that means nothing", meanwhile, he killed Ryan last week for his after game greeting with his ex players.
Yeah that was the call I was referring to. Completely apologizing for Eli. The caller brings a good point Eli still makes Mark Sanchez-like decisions. Everyone refers back to the playoff run to refute the former point. The playoff run was great. But it was 1 season and 3 games strung together in a row. Manning hasn't done the same before or after that run. So...
yeah, it just further proof the media loves good ol' Tom Brady. If that was a Jets player : ESPN first story. And it was noticeable since CBS showed it. But when Tom Brady clearly disrespects the Jets by not staying on the field, no one in the media mentions it. He acted like a salty bitch yesterday for leaving.
Lol did anyone else just hear that caller who wanted to share his Texiera home run call for Sterling?
i dont care about that crap either. but that is the stuff francesa looks for. if the jets won sunday, and sanchez did that......francesa would put a hit on him.
tank in typical fashion duh jets let good guys go who could play! like cotchery! lol cotchery. every time a jet fan has brought him up in the past he simply dismissed him as not any good. he even called him a journeyman one time. but now he's a great teammate and a good player and dey nevah shoulda let him go!
Sure Cotchery could play...when he was healthy has he even seen the field for pittsburgh this season? What exactly are we missing out on with cotchery how's braylon doing?
Cotchery at least had the hammy problem when we had him and got rid of him. At least bringing up that injury makes sense, even though he's playing again (even if you wouldn't know it). Bringing up Braylon's injury and saying "What are we missing out on?" is just plain dumb since he was fine when we had him and who knows if he would have gotten hurt here?
now he gives us credit for what we've done the past 2 years? he's basically sitting here saying 'Oh my gawd!! The Jets have been so tough in da past! Woody, Faneca, Thomas Jones, Richidson, dese guys wah tough people! dah jets used to go intuh games and u know if u dont make an attempt to stop da run dey would run faw 300 yahwds and dominante duh line of scrimmage!' HAHA. He never said any of this when it was happening.
