    Pats D actually looked better against Oakland. That's shit timing.

    The Jets embarrassed themselves last Sunday. Until the o-line and Sanchez show they can turn it around (and I'm hoping they do), I can't see them keeping up offensively with NE.

    Jets 20

    I really, truly, hope I'm wrong, but this just isn't the same team that beat the Pats in the playoffs last year.

    Right now the Jets are a bad team. A lot of this is the result of poor GM work. Tanny screwed up the offseason. The WR corps was downgraded, the Brad Smith option was eliminated, the OL is a mess,failed to add an impact rookie RB, and we have no pass rush. Meanwhile, we have loudmouthed Rex insisting this is a SuperBowl team. I think the Jets got too cocky with their two AFCCG appearances, and stopped maintaining the foundation of this teams Ground and Pound philosophy. Sanchez is not an elite QB who can carry a team, especially with no protection and running game. The Pats are gonna eat this team alive. I wouldn't be surprised at another blowout. NE 42, NY 17.

    No I don't care about own team criticism, it's just obvious weeding the guys out who are just pretending to be Jets fans.


    If you only show up in Patriots threads to bash the Jets, you are not a Jets fan.

    Sanchez is the issue the Jets have, hes worse then the NE defense and hes the difference in the game.

    I am afraid I have to agree with you, but I think Tannys methodology of working the FA is quite good. It is hard when you 2 people in the same position breaks down (mangold, turner).

    The big divider is the lack of development or production from the last couple of years picks in the draft: Sanchez, Greene, Wilson, Ducasse (connor is an FB) are all subject to debate, if one of them would have turned out to be a star by now, we would look much different as a team.
