Well, now that the rookie pay scale is in place I can see players being a little more wary of where they might end up given they don't have the ability to force shit franchises they don't want to be at to compensate by paying crazy money. Although I imagine that Miami would be one of the more attractive destinations for a young player.
agreed. So hopefully, Miami manages to win a few games and avoids the #1 pick. Personally I think Minnesota has proven to be the worst team so far. Indy will probably do somewhat what the bills did a year ago go 0-7 or so, then find a way to play nearly .500 down the stretch to go 4-12. Once they finally get over the loss of Peyton, they will start to win games.
He's actually still a junior so he has another season. Poor Iggy, the fear of him possibly declaring and going to Miami has to be hanging over an awesome season for him in some way.

I was interested so I checked it out, if you look in his biography it states he's a Junior but the headline by his name show Senior...Weird.
He redshirted as a freshman, so is a Senior academically but only in his Junior year of athletic eligibility.

The best thing that happened to Indy this season was Collins' concussion. Can somebody please explain why they thought he could be anything besides a clipboard holder? If they had just accepted that they were going to go with Painter unless Peyton made a miraculous recovery, they would be further ahead, even if it was only by 1 win.
