Losing to the Ginger with a 17-3 lead is beyond embarrassing. Thank God the Cowboys and Eagles chokage will take all the headlines.
Hey, the Bills are much better than I thought they'd be this year.... ...but the last two weeks every possible bounce went their way and they won both by a hair. Everything evens out in the end, and this week they probably should have won but it didn't happen. I think 9-7 would be a big step forward for this young team.
Need a translation? The Bills sucked today, so I made a thread about it in the NFL forum. .... Alright? 8-8 is their ceiling. Still no pass rush.
In the original post you could actually state what team you're talking about or some other details more than just " ah we lost today back to normalcy" . It's kinda just random and not necessarily news, which is what this section of the forum is for, but instead just a Bills thread that should be created on a Bills forum. ... Alright?
1. I'm a Bills fan who stated that my team lost to a Ginger...could you really not figure out what team I was referring to based on that information? 2. This subforum is to "talk about the NFL in general," like the subheader says. Thanks for your definition:up: 3. Once again it's a Bills thread that was posted in the appropriate forum. If you can't grasp these simple concepts, then fuck off. ..... Alright?
sobf...... I'd love for the Bills to make the playoffs, but a close second would be for Miami to have the #1 pick overall in the 2012 draft, trade it away and draft a WR.
so where's all that "culture change?!??!! this isn't 2008 bills" bullshit you're fellow bills fans were churning? like, i'm happy that the bills are winning. i'm ecstatic that the fish and not the bills are the cellar of the east. but week 3 doesn't make a superbowl team. and your fellow fans on the board would have you believe otherwise when simply trying to point out the number of games remaining. long season is long. good luck for the rest of the way. edit: to be clear, i don't have any issues with the OP as a poster as he's level headed and actually discuss disagreements instead of childish bullshit. that didn't come out in my rant above. apologies.
The Bills have surprised me this year, they are definately better than what I expected. Their "O" looks good and they have some pieces in place on "D", they still have too many flaws to compete with the big boys. Figure around 8-8 this year when its all said and done.
I think the Bills are much improved but I called this one as soon as they beat the Pats. Saw it coming across the bridge, even when they got a big lead.
Nope. I've had a lot more experience watching slightly improved, over confident football teams who start reading their own press clippings early in the season.
1) 16, 21, 24, 34, 41 Powerball: 3 2) 7, 8, 17, 24, 41 Powerball: 7 3) 1, 7, 17, 41, 54 Powerball: 3 4) 21, 24, 32, 36, 54 Powerball: 34 5) 7, 8, 24, 34, 46 Powerball: 17
Yup. I predict a 34-10 beatdown next week against a desperate Philly team that needs to save their season. Follow that with a loss to the Giants and we'll be 3-3 at the bye. I can live with losses to Philly and the G-men, but losing conference games hurts--especially when you have the game (supposedly) locked up.
The talent gap in the NFL isn't that great. Start thinking you've got anything sewn up too early and it comes back to bite you. I like what the Bills have going, loved them beating the Pats, but the Cincinnati game up next was just too obvious. You guys might beat Philadelphia, that would not surprise me.
