I usually catch First Take every day, and painfully listen to Skip Bayless hate on the Jets. I haven't watched this week... can anyone give me a synopsis of what he said after the loss? I'm guessing one of the topics was about the state of the AFC East now.
I haven't seen anything but I'm sure it's something like "The New York 'Not Yets' are showing their true colors..."
didn't bother listening monday. he's a francesa type when it comes to the jets. i saw the question was 'were the jets exposed' and then I turned it off. i saw he tweeted something about the jets run defense against the steelers and then sunday so I guess he said yes they were exposed.
not Skip Bayless... but I'm listening to the Herd and Colin Cowherd just said he expects the Jets to upset the Ravens this week.
Well this is what was on his twitter Sunday. Not sure if anyone saw it: "For all the talk about Rex's D, can get ball run down it's throat"
I love how clowns like this never say that "The Steelers/Pats*/Ravens were exposed" when they have poor performances.
Yea he is not dumb. He plays devils advocate and is not afraid to call people out. He called out Chris Bosh all year then had Chris Bosh on his show and continued to call him out.
Skip made comments, including: 1. Mark Sanchez is soft (I think he was implying psychologically?) as he was talking about Mark always needing to be talked up, and when he gets talked down he goes in to a shell and believes it. 2. He's not the right qb for the team. 3. He doesn't have the right swagger for a Rex Ryan team, the rest of the team has swagger, and Mark has confidence issues. 4. Joe Namath is right. 5. Bart Scott is an example of a player who doesn't play to his potential who Rex talks up, and an example of Joe being right... Again, that is all per Skip. I mean, I can't even recall of the stuff he was spewing, it was clear he was on a serious mission to tear down everything related to the Jets today. Those five things were part of his commentary today, though.
