Still thinking that Mike will join Walter and Jesse in their war against Gus.

    Just amazing.
Three or four episodes cooking up something big and then in this one the dinner is ready: The game changed completely in less than an hour.

The performances, the cinematography, the plot... damn. The last scene with Walt losing it looked worthy to be on a top horror/suspense cult film.

    Amazing episode.

Too bad that probably the most stupid scene in the history of the show had to appear on this one:

They did kinda set it up earlier in the episode when he trips on the rug. Plus he runs like a girl, what else could be expected?

The obvious answer is by killing Jesse. Don't think the writers have the balls to do it but that's what should happen.

Another thing, that could happen. But the Gus confrontation warned Walt to never go to Jesse again or the wife, son, infant daughter will be in one of those pollos hermanos containers

Walt had Jesse kill Gail for the same reason that Walt has to kill Jesse now. Without a cook to make the product Walt has leverage.

I liked it too, reminded me of the wife from Fargo running around and falling down the steps.

Pinkman was supposed to die during the first season, but Gilligan decided to change things up.

I think Walt and Jesse will reconcile and beat Gus together.

Like some other guys have already said, I thought it was pretty damn funny.

Ted fixing the rug at the beginning of the episode made it that much better...

Skyler and Walt don't know that he's dead yet either - I wonder if Saul and his "A-Team" will attempt to cover it up?

I think you're probably right but I think that's a cop out in the way this should go down.

Is he dead? The last time that we saw him it certainly wasn't looking good, but his hand was twitching.

I don't think that Walt is capable of killing Jesse. I wouldn't be altogether shocked if he took it upon himself to kill Hank though--he certainly doesn't want to do it, but now that he can't make him and his family disappear anymore, getting rid of Hank himself might be the only way to stop Gus from killing Skyler, Walt Jr. and baby what's-her-name.

Plus, he very easily could've killed Hank by swerving into traffic passenger-side-first in the last episode, so we know he's not afraid to harm his brother in law if it comes down to it.

On that note, I know I'm not the only one hoping for Walt to offer up Skyler as a sacrifice.

Jesse is loyal, even after everything that's happened.

He'll side with Walter - you heard what he said when they were waking away from the make-shift hospital. If Gus kills Walter, then he has a "problem".

That's why Gus didn't just execute Walt out in the desert.

    Pinkman has leverage now.

While Skylar is a bitch that certainly deserves to be offed, I can actually see her taking over for Gus and running the chicken joint.

I'm not sure what Gus is thinking with the threats against Walt's family and letting him live. I guess maybe he is trying to goad Walt into recklessly coming after him and killing him in "self defense" or some way he thinks he can justify it to Jesse. You have to think that hearing that Gus had Walt's family including his newborn baby killed would provoke the same kind of reaction in Jesse that having Walt killed would.

It seems like Jesse is already nearing his breaking point with Gus after his disregard of Mike and parading him in front of Hector.

Does Tio Hector have any kind of pull anymore now that basically everyone's dead? If he does, watch for him to put a hit on Pinkman, just like he did with Walter in Season 3.

As I said a little upthread, it's a case of Gus taking a half measure when he should've taken a full one.

Remember the details of Mike's speech to Walt? He drove some punk out into the middle of the desert, and scared him half to death. Then the guy killed his wife just a short time later.

Just like how Gus scared Walt half to death in the desert, and not an hour later he had already blown the whistle on the plan to kill Mike.
