First off, the Raiders kicked our asses today.

Second, how the fuck can the ref not call the Raider DB for pass interference on that 3rd down play on the last Jets' series? That was a crucial play and another example of the atrocious officiating today.

I thought the same thing. The DB never played the ball. Was a horrible non call but we probably dont get the onside kick anyway...

Agreed BUT that is why they play the game. Hate to see any opportunity taken away, even desperation ones.

I think if he wasn't interfered with, Plax would have caught that ball.

I'm surprised that wasn't called a penalty also. Defender didn't seem to make a play for the ball at all & just crashed into Plax. One of the reasons it doesn't upset me so much is because if the Jets managed to tie the game, I've got serious doubts the Jets D had any more stops left in them.

My first thought watching that, was make-up call. Strickland could very easily have been called for PI on the raiders 3rd down pass to the endzone. The game probably should have ended then and there. So the plax no-call was a make up in my mind.

Still waiting for Schotty to call a slant route to holmes...

Ya, and for the Raiders, it's ALWAYS against them. They have no agenda....and if they did, it'd definitely favor the Jets because they have more appeal than Oakland.
