I believe my work with Toon & McNeil in Tecmo Super Bowl put them over the top. I was unstoppable with those guys.
This is dumb, I get adding so many in the inaugural class but put one or 2 in a year not 4. All4 deserve the honor but we are going to run out o players really wuickly if we are putting 4 or more in a year.
Maybe Walker was going to be put in but he was unavailable, I'm grasping at straws but Toon was one of my favorites. I hope we can land his kid who is a very good player at Wisconsin right now. Not sure where he figures to get drafted or at all but he's putting up good numbers in a what seems like a run every down offense. A little known fact about Al Toon but he was the Wisconsin record holder in both the triple jump and long jump when he came out of college.
I wouldn't know why!! Walker lives on the North Shore of Long Island..Kings Park, and is around the team all the time. I think Toon was a great player, a fan favorite, but IMO, Walker is more deserving.
Awesome! I'm too young to have seen any of these guys, but as big a Jets fan my father is I've heard stories and seen highlights plenty of time of Toon. He was my dads favorite player. Can't wait for Wayne to get in.
Speaking of Wesley Walker anyone on LI check this out thursday; http://bookrevue.com/GregPratoWesleyWalker.html
