If we play against Oakland like we played today it will be a long day for us next week.

Then I guess we're not even a nosebleed because our O has done ZERO for the past 2 weeks.

    That^

The only good thing is they have no defense at all.

Oaklands D-line is decent, which will be a problem, this stretch is going to be tough until Denver.

We really need to pick up a replacement for Hunter in time for Balt/NE. We can probably get away with him again for Oakland but against premier DLs he's gonna get Sanchez killed.

Oakland has a good Dline and who exactly are we going to bring in to replace Hunter. There is not a better option out there waiting for us to sign.

Stop Darren McFadden and we win. He is their offense.

My main concern is, since the game is in Oakland....will the game be blacked out in California? If so, fuck my life.

I would actually expect us to win of we play like we did today on both sides of the ball?

Historically the Jets do not play great at Oakland, and they are going to be looking ahead to Baltimore and NE. So, its a trap game in that sense.

However, I just dont think Oakland is very good. No HB runs well on us, and their passing game doesnt scare me. So, if the Jets can score 14+, and the turnover machine can keep the turnovers down to 2 or less next week, the Jets should win, and go to Balt at 3-0...

Really? It's a little bit much to call Sanchez a turnover machine. He's got 4 TDs and 3 INTs on the season.

Really? I cannot see that, i wouldn't expect Cambell to throw 4 INTs, but the game today was not close and I have seen a sanchez lead Jets being much much worse and still win. When did we ever get blown out, foxboro?

What would you like me to call him? Take the playoff games out of the picture, and the guy is a turnover machine.

The way NE is playing, you cant turn the ball over twice against them and win...

I think there are more than Sanchez' QB play that is missing in order to beat NE at the moment, but maybe we are getting there?

I wonder if Oakland will wheel out Al Davis and give him some kind of lifetime achievement award during a critical offensive series for us. Its not like they haven't pulled that shit in the past..

I think the main problems are (in facing NE):
    (a) The offensive line
    (b) Sanchez's inconsistency - still liable to throw picks. Although his completion rating is much better so far this year and I was happy we finally scored in the first quarter.

Still, we could've blown the Jags out by even more IMO.

He got intercepted 13 times last season (less than Peyton Manning and Drew Brees). What do you want from him?
