anyone know if Dwight Lowery will be seeing any playing time?

I could see him getting an INT a la Victor Green style. hopefully not

 

Yeah he'll be in there, he had the game ending INT last week. With his experience with the Jets the Jags would be stupid not to use him even more.

Welp, this might be a good time to get ground and pound going. If there's one game I would be ok with Holmes missing, it's this one. Not that Eric Smith can ever cover a god damn tight end, but we need all the help we can get with Marcedes Lewis.

Hmm, Holmes' injury sounds worse than I originally thought. That must be why Patrick Turner was activated this week. Holmes being out with leave Sanchez with just his new guys.

I hope to see Shonn Greene finally explode this week.

 

Always nice to have Mason to step in if Holmes can't go. How did he get hurt anyway?

 

Eric Smith being OUT might be helpful to the secondary. Holmes' injury worries me I gotta say. Harris is okay Rex says. Lewis being out for Jacksonville could be big. I don't even know who they have at WR. Put 9 in the box vs. Jones-Drew.

 

Clayton just said he would probably play so Holmes is gonna be out.

 

The Holmes injury is disconcerting. Man, I Holmes doesn't have any kind of a longterm, nagging injury. That would be SERIOUSLY bad news.

Relax, this was expected due to the lockout and the new CBA that severely limits how coaches can condition the team.

He's listed as questionable, since it's the Jags I'd rather him sit anyway. Plax, Mason, Keller, Turner, Kerley, Greene, and LT are fine with me.

Sanchez has good chemistry with Turner, if Turner ever had a chance to make a real impression this is it.

Say what you will about Eric Smith but he's great against the run. You can be damn sure Rex is hell bent on stopping MJD.

There was a reason Eric won the starting job, again I defer my judgment for Rex.
