I overpaid by a few bucks on StubHub for the Dallas game, because I wanted to make sure I was there and in the same section as my friends. But not paying for the pre-season as in the past as a STH I'm still ahead of the game.

This is the new trend... cherrypicking. And yes, you overpaid, but that's a function of the fact that irrational exhuberance and extreme optimism abounds. And it was opening day.

Take a look at the Jags game prices, as the original poster points out. Far different. And this is a 1PM game on what will probably be a nice, warm sunday afternon... perfect football weather for taking the kids and family.

Now imagine resale prices if the Jets go into a slide. I've been there and so have you, IS. You know what it's like to have to dump tickets for $20 or even eat them. Get a few of those seasons back again and look out below.

You're much better off cherry-picking at these ridiculous prices for season tickets.

Wow those are shockingly low, I thought paying $80 for the Bengals last year was a steal. Damn if I wasn't at college I would go in a heartbeat.

And yea definately alot of opposing fans in the upper deck. I was SORROUNDED by Bengal fans, in front of me, behind me, 3 sitting to the left of me, 4 a few seats to the right. At least they were chill because they realized their team was terrible.

Oh yeah, for starters when I say I overpaid we're talking tens of dollars, most of that was the StubHub and shipping fees. It worked out almost even anyway, because my friends from Upstate with whom we were tailgating had an extra parking pass and mailed it to me for nothing.

This week is my anniversary weekend plus I personally don't like heat and 1pm games, so I'm sitting this one out. With the pre-season games and parking I'm $450 ahead of the game going in, so I'm still playing with house money for my next game, probably Miami.

And like you said, this is with the team having as much sustained success and relevance as it's ever had. Imagine when it's not so good.

i sit in the 8th row in section 331 (last section before it turns into $105 a seat).and if i look down to my left i am equal to row 1 of the mezzanine.the upper sideline may have the sightlines but the sideline upper decks sections bow back away from the field.

Very good. Now, if you can just give us your exact seat numbers, ROJF can take pictures of you, return to the board, and plaster the pics all over the internet. LOL

The good thing is that half the stadium is filled with 6'8, prematurely-greying ugly-fucks, so nobody will be able to find you.

I'll be there in Sec 330, the wheel-chair seating with my dad. Paid about $81 and change for two tickets on Stubub, and $29 and change for the parking pass on NFL Ticket Exchange.

I'm a moving target this year, can't find me. You weren't looking, I get that, but now it will be impossible.

Nothing's impossible for ROJF. If he wants to stalk you, he'll find you.

Hey, WTF is the matter with me.. why am I even mentioning ROJF? Make believe I never mentioned him.

Is he even still here? Seemed only interested in the ticket trade while the new stadium was being built, hardly ever commented on actual football.
