just like the way we were supposed to beat the cowboys last night...with this team I don't hold my breath.
From a betting perspective I'm staying away from this game if it stays at 10 points. 7 points, yeah I'll bite, anything more no thanks. I can see this worst case scenario turning into a 17-7 game.
On paper, this seems like a one sided game. None of their receivers stand out beside the TE Lewis, and their QB is f-ing Luke McCown.... We will be daring them to throw and stacking the box all game. But the Jets love to make games a lot more stressful than they should be at times. My prediction is 21-13 Jets, but don't be surprised if its a nail biter........
I, too, expect a lot of this game to be frustrating. Nothing appears to be different from last year, meaning the Jets will show that their mental preparation was inadequate throughout the first half of the game. I'll say 21-10 Jets, with much of the game being played within 4 points until the very end.
I wannna see them come out and dominate from start to finish. No more of this counter punching to victory.
going out on somewhat of a limb here, 31-7 Jets, this will be a lot like the games we had against tampa/oakland/houston in 09 control every phase of the game for 60 minutes, jags get a garbage td.
this should be a fun game to watch, looking forward to seeing lowery and coleman. still think i would of held on to lowery, but hey we cant keep them all.:shit:
Jaguars CB Derek Cox suffered a rib injury in the first half of the Titans game and is questionable right now. If he cannot play then Drew Coleman will start. Jags GM Gene Smith loved Drew Coleman this offseason. And while there was a lot of frustration here over Drew Coleman’s cover skills – which I think was a tad over blown because a lot of that stemmed from his rookie season – he is a great blitzing DB around the edge and actually led the league in sacks for CB’s last year with 5 and already has one this season.
It doesn't look like Aaron Kampman will play in the game on Sunday. But even without him, the Jaguars defense played extremely well against Chris Johnson.
