    I have posted here maybe 25 times max since January 2011, so I am not sure how you pulled this one out of your a$$. Plus I don't believe I have ever had any interaction with you on the board, so I am not sure where any of your vitriol is coming from.

    Anyway, I don't want to let the facts get in the way of your truth...

    Obviously you have missed the entire point of my post. I am not complaining and I am not SOJF. What I was pointing out, was that the perception of the media, etc and EVEN JETS FANS are quick to harp on the Jets performance last night as lucky, etc. I was attempting to dismiss those complaints but the nuance was lost. Next time I will make it more clear for you and submit something with crayon stick figures so you can help with editing...

    this could have been a decent thread about the Jets, but once it was injected with the insecure and unnecessary comparison to the Patriots it became nothing more than a syphilis inflamed vagina.

    Albert's musical posit above is more valid than the OP's assertion. Why do we care so much about NE? We need to get over all of that and look to ourselves and not try to be validated by what happens to them or for them or how they are viewed. In the NFL teams are viewed positively if they win consistently and as soon as that stops,,so does the fawning praise.. The PATS have won consistently and the JETS are doing that now. Give it time.

    I'm not saying it's luck. The Jets play hard and generally don't quit. I tip my hat to you guys. While the 'Boys made some bone head plays, you didn't give up.
