I don't have Megatron on any of my teams but I do have Stafford on my pay league team. Lions offense was sort of up-and-down up until that play. Hoping to see the Stafford-Megatron connection all season long.
Guys, it's just the first half. Collins is going to lead at least four touchdown drives in the second half.
Red zone turnovers will kill you every time. It's not really Vick's fault that nobody blocked the guy coming off the edge, but Vick had a free receiver if he could've gotten rid of it quicker.
Rice with his second TD of the day against Pitt, he's got more yards in the first half than the Steelers averaged on the ground per game last season.
And the Colts season is basically over. They look brutal. For the record, they might want to take Collins out. Not sure why that bum still has a job in the NFL...
And put in Painter? I think they need to at least contact Gerrard. But maybe would be better to tank season and get a legitimate QB in the draft?
Sure you can. Complete some passes and you wont have to punt. Much worse qb's can suck much less on a team with Addai, Collie, Wayne, Clark, etc...
They dont have to tank. This is showing why Manning is so much more valuable than Brady. The Colts are nothing without Manning. I have to say though, not sure how happy Luck would be if the Colts are in position to take him. Manning wont retire for another 4-5 years, and Luck is not going to want to sit that long..
The saddest part about the Jaguars ditching Garrard and Sims-Walker to save money is that they could've been a real contender for the raging garbage fire that is the AFC South. I think they've got a very underrated defense.
I'd like to take this opportunity to laugh at the people who took Kansas City as their survivor team this weekend and the people in Vegas that stupidly made Kansas City 6 point favorites over the Bills.
I wouldnt laugh just yet. KC is about to score. And while they wont win more than 8 games this year, they are not awful.
If the Colts actually intend to start either Collins or Painter for the duration of Manning's injury, then their best case scenario is scoring the #1 pick and trading out of it. With a rookie wage scale in place it's easy to imagine a desperate team like Washington trading their entire draft for Luck, and the Colts have a lot of holes to fill.
Yeah AFC South is winnable this year w/ Colts not having Manning. On the other hand, NFC North looks absolutely brutal: Detroit, Chicago, and Green Bay. Tough tough division. No guarantee that the Packers win their division.
