I haven't really been keeping up with this thread and still haven't bought it....is it better than 2011/worth it?
Damn dude, I disagree with all your football related points. Revis is a beast, he does give up more catches than he would in real life but it's a video game and not a very big deal. He still makes tons of plays since I have been playing. Passing is harder overall but I like it, you actually need to make good reads and stay in a bit of a rhythm. The game feels a lot different. I racked up over 200 online games on 11 so I think I would realize if I was playing the same game.
1. Most likely user-error because he's an absolute beast with me. I think the biggest day against Revis was a 5 catch, 80 yard performance by Brandon Lloyd, and that was only because the guy I was playing is an absolute baller in Madden. 2. If you are just pressing the pass button, that doesn't work. You need to aim your throws and learn how he over/underthrows what routes. Learn that and you will be golden. Again, I play just fine with Sanchez. Stop treating Madden like a videogame and actually try to gameplan and throw to receivers that are open. 3. Retarded post, it's not even close. 4. I don't play NBA games, so meh...whatever.
No, I definitely started the offline franchise after I played online and updated the roster. I then even tried to update the roster again, and restarted the offline franchise. Still, it uses the old roster. I can't figure out why it would do that, unless it wants you to make offseason moves yourself. I just want it to start with the current roster and move on from there.
have you checked to make sure its saving your online roster? sometimes you will physically have to save the online update in order for it to "stick" if you will.
Found this awesome and everyone should know. Year 1 offline franchise u can trade Derrick Mason for Julio Jones straight up on year 3 he is an 97 overall for me. Its funny
Thats the problem. He cant put any touch on throws.. Especially AFTER A PRESSURE. Then he starts playing like akili smith. if your on ps3. id like a game. Cause I was very good on both sides of the ball last year. And this year im stumped.. This guy overthrows quick outs @ 3 yards. If your good with sanchez in THIS game, thats something I have to see.
Do you take control of your receiver? Sometimes I throw bullets but mostly I like to tap it and take control and go get the ball. For long plays obviously. Like other said it just takes getting used it. I find that he's great on slants, and seam routes.
That's fine, Revis had 0 picks last year and is still a beast. He will give up 3 or 4 catches a game usually but I know I can put him on whoever I am playing is forcing the ball too and radically change his game plan.
I think what he is saying is that you need use the stick to aim the ball a lot more this year which I agree with. It's a lot more sensitive this year than in the past few years so you can make some terrible passes with it but you can also thread the needle once you take some time with it. I still have plenty of struggles in the passing game right now. Yesterday I was playing the second game of my franchise against the jags and went something like 19-44. I ended up being so bad because I got up early and spent most of the second half trying to work on throwing different routes. It is hard but I think it just takes more time with the game to get under control this year.
i think you got a bad copy lol Kyle Wilson has hands of stone whenever I play. granted he puts himself in position, but all you ever hear is a loud smack of the ball bouncing off his hands. and contrary to your experience Revis is godly and almost magnetized to the ball.
you guys were right hes not that bad. what I was having a problem with was after he got hit, hed just become very inaccurate... I just run with shonn more.. Also. That Guy on houston Watt ? plays like a 99 overall
Is Sanchez just terrible for anyone else? I haven't tried anyone else out, but Sanchez is just has awful accuracy. Throwing on the run in this game is soo much harder.
