Give it to your veteran back in that situation or like you said pitch it to your back and have your running back make a move into the endzone. Bad playcalling in big situations lost this game for the Saints.
going for it on 4th and less than a yard is the right decision, barring several unique situations. The percentages are clearly in your favor. The play call is another story.
Watching a game like today just makes me think... how damn good would the JETS be with either of those QBs... man it would be epic

After watching tonights game I don't ever wanna hear the packers or saints defenses mentioned in the same conversation as ours. Saints gained 477 yards and the Packers gained 399, neither team would put that much up against us.
like all night, Ingram could of gained a lot more yards if he just went outside more. That run up the middle once again was predictable and on NO 4h and goal call earlier in the game, it was obvious they were going to pass the ball.
