    Yes! I was about to post the "official" announcement :)

    The 10th Annual TheGangGreen.com Football Pool is open for registration! There will be prizes for the first three places this year. I haven't decided what exactly those prizes will be but most likely a Jets replica jersey for the 1st place, a Jets hat for the 3rd, just have to think about the 2nd.

    Anyway, the Pool is here and you have to be a registered logged in member to participate. In order for the Pool to recognize you, you have to log in here on the message board with the "remember me" box checked.

    And don't forget to get your picks in on time this year ie Thursday night game. I remember there being quite a few who missed weeks due to late submission of picks last year.

    Considering that I've won it two of the past four years (including last year) I'm not quite sure how to take this, Gus! I believe I was in the top 3 the other two years as well, and there were no prizes all four years; now that there are again I'll probably fail miserably.

    Someone helped me last year with this same issue....


    When I go to the pool website, it askes me to log in again, even though I'm logged in.
    What's the fix?

    The person who wins should have at least 25 posts I think just to show that they exist. It's nice if you know who the winner is instead of some random guy who joins the site to enter a football pool.

    This I understand Rockefella. I guess I just got a little butt hurt and self-conscious because of my low #'s.
