I'm not the biggest NCAA fan in the world by any stretch of the imagination but football is football!
Utah St. beating Auburn at Auburn by 2 TDs in the 2nd quarter. Surprising, no?

Hahaha....just as I point this out, Auburn returns ensuing KO for TD. Still down 21-14.

^ Auburn lost 2010's best player (Cam Newton). Nick Fairley was also a huge loss for that squad. Newton carried them last year, so I'm not really surprised to see them struggle early on. I still think they'll win this game though.

Mike Dyer is a heck of a young running back. Auburn certainly won't repeat, but they'll win quite a few games. It may take them a while to get things rolling though.

Very, very impressive drive by the Aggies there to reclaim the lead. Their frosh QB very composed. Can they pull the upset?

    Fucking awful 1st half...

The playcalling fucking sucked monkey cock(Who the fuck runs 4 times in a row?), Crist looks like fucking garbage there, had stupid penalties like the Floyd hold and Harrison Smith getting called on back to back face masks. Special teams botched a play(Riddick has had an AWFUL day), drops, bad punting, awful fumble that ruined the momentum of the game when ND was spanking USF on the 1st drive.

Sad part is USF is only up by 2 scores...their offense has been pretty shitty thus far. The D has done good for them at times but them being up this big has more to do with ND's incompetence.

Notre Dame looks fucking lost out there. More to do with ND playing an undisplined, half assed 1st half than USF doing anything really. Against Stanford, Michigan or USC, you play this shitty and you will get trounced by 30+ pts in the 1st half. Amazing how its only 16-0 after all of this and how this game is still in reach(Though the weather looks to be shitty for an air attack and ND has yet to show anything on offense to make you think otherwise)

The ONLY player who has shown up is Mr. E's boy Cierre Wood is running the ball like a mad man. He has played with heart. No one has shown any fucking heart on the Irish team and its fucking disgraceful. Should have been louder boos IMO. Holy shit the red zone turnovers...my god, you just convert those and you have the lead. USF hasn't done fucking shit.

To the credit of the ND D, they have been fucked over with field position all game long and have held the Bulls to just FG after FG...they deserve some credit in my eyes as well.

    Poor Rebs.

    1. Stoudt has a rocket for an arm. One discipline mistake made all game is what cost us the game.
    2. Nix has really improved the defense. They played 40 minutes almost and aren't why we lost (except the one horse collar)

On top of that the special teams is getting better.

Offensive line needs work, they got away with a lot of holds in my opinion. Nutt has no clock management skills.

I think Stoudt is our man at QB. A few of his passes made me forget I wasn't watching Sanchez.

I will say this--if we don't win 6, I want Nutt out. I'm not the most popular among my Oxonian friends for this, but to give us two almost great seasons then disappoint us Orgeron style simply won't fly.
