    who is the cook????? that is the key we need someone reliable on the grill who knows the difference between rare med and well done.

    I think there is going to need to be more than one person on the grill. I don't mind doings some cooking but I doubt anyone wants to be on the grill the whole time.

    I am happy to do some grilling....sort of a Keith floyd type....( one for the Europeans) i.e cook / smoke and drink a lot whilst cooking!!

    exactly i started and tony had taken over.
    people want to mingle. that is why we try to do alot of food taht is prepared already.and then one big blaze of burgers dogs steaks sausage shrimp clams wings on and on.
