might be a dumb question — but whenever I'm playing an exhibition against the CPU, it only lets me pick between 3 offensive plays each snap. How can I access the full playbook for each play?
I've been hearing that but it doesn't seem all that hard to me. I beat the bucs pretty easy right out of the gate. I did only complete 55% of my passes though.
just deleted all my NCAA files and awards. starting from scratch, not that its useful info to anyone lol. did anyone else here have Draft classes ready for the EA shafting?
I don't but one of my friends was looking forward to importing his draft classes. I have been meaning to text him but might just let him suffer.
i think my anger was evidenced. the post history is quite funny cuz i kept talking about how awesome it was as i was playing preseason. then i flipped out once i realized the 56 games i played in 4 seasons was a complete and utter waste. oh well like i said i just deleted everything so i have no choice. just pissed cuz my madden franchise will have to wait.
In the game settings after you pick your teams (or even in the standard settings from the main menu), there's an option called Playcalling, I think, and it sounds like yours is set on "GameFlow". Change it to whatever the other option is called... something like traditional or standard.
By the way, anyone check out the Free Agent list? Not many surprises, but EA has added a few made-up players, including a female QB (who apparently doesn't appear as a female in gameplay), a rookie QB who looks like he's 45 but is listed as 21, and a 17-year veteran RB. Both of those QBs have better overall ratings than JaMarcus Russell.
How could they make the mistake of adding Tom Brady to the FA list when he just signed a contract extension last year?
Ryan Lindley is a very good prospect. He'll probably go early-to-mid second. If he has a big year, I could see him going late first if a few of the top dogs decide to stay in school.
i forgot to mention i think he was ranked rd 0 which would prolly make him top of the class just like the WR's i mentioned earlier that was a lil funky ranking unless it all changes once you scout them. ive heard of Lindley but never seen him play. wasnt able to catch much college ball last yr. either way good to know he might bit a bit overrated in the draft class import but not too wildly
Someone will eventually figure out how the ratings translate over and make some really good draft classes for Madden.
well ive already been powering through yr one in NCAA to get new draft classes. ill just stick with whatever i get and edit ppl later cuz i turned on the edit player option in my franchise. i havent tried editing non jet players though with the option on do you know if it allows you to edit CPU controlled teams too? id assume so. but if you do happen to stumble upon some good reviewed classes get at me itd be much appreciated but either way past yr 4 in franchise i like seeing some of the players you recruited yourself in NCAA hit the NFL adds another dimension of appreciation from recruiting phase to seeing them as a jet.
Does anyone else think this game is 100% different then the demo? For All of you playing franchise with jets. What are you doing with all Of our young d lineman? Who are you starting?
ehh dont see myself waiting 2 months to play franchise. thanks for the heads up though or are u referring to best ncaa rosters? either way i just spent the last few hours getting to week 8 of dynasty yr 1. really just wish EA wouldve not overlooked this whole ordeal oh well. bring me real football. i love how rob ryan looks like the barbarian version of rex Rob should be the next HC and mascot for the vikings
Anyone know when/if there will be a patch for this NCAA draft class problem? Also, if you start a franchise, and then the patch comes out, do you think you will have to start it again to have this problem fixed?
