Well didn't you see Brady do bad vs the Lions? I think by next year McElroy will be the clear winner of this debate. His accuracy and poise has been uncanny!

Over at patsfags, they are blaming the WR's for Tom's inability to hit them in the preseason.

Brady got pummeled by the Lions. The highlights of that game are a thing of beauty.

Impossible, each of their receivers are better than any WR in history.

Brady's ability to Quarterback a team is obviously slipping after his performance vs Detroit. If he was smart, he'd just throw to Gronkowski every time.

They're all so scrappy and hard working with deceptive speed.

apparently the Jets suck because they don't have their own stadium and are homeless.

  10. I am supposing unlike the first two games, nothing can be taken from this third preseason game. The first two were an indication of Pats dominance. In the third game, preseason doesn't matter. Never mind that the best barometer of a team in the preseason is the third game.

By the way, the formula still holds that you rattle Brady by putting a ton of pressure on him. He doesn't handle it well. Some QBs adjust very well to the blitz. Look at Brees. Brady is not one of them - despite all the Pats propaganda.

I think it'd be better if Gronkowski threw to himself from now on.

Also, the Pats OL would be better if Gronkowski snapped the ball to himself. He doesn't need blockers.

I heard that Bob Kraft might end up renaming the Patriots to the New England Gronkowski. Its not going to be pluralized, because Kraft is going to fire everyone else in the organization. He only needs Rob Gronkowski.

Actually, the entire region of New England will be renamed to Rob Gronkowski, and the team will not need a name for their franchise. That way it is correct to say that the NFL will not be playing the New England Patriots, they will be playing Rob Gronkowski.

I'd look at it more that the Lions front 4 is not to be fucked with this season.

They are going to hurt people.

Copy this. Lions are going to have a shot to get to play offs this year.
Pressure pretty boy is the blue print to beat up the Pats.

  14. Most definitely on both accounts. The Lions front 7 are legit, and they confirmed what we already knew about Brady facing heavy pressure.

Why would anyone pony up a first for a quarterback who was undrafted two years ago and has since then managed one TD and one INT in the NFL? You people live in a world of complete fucking delusion.

I hope not. Ditka once did pretty much the same thing ('85 Bears) and it was lights out from there:

"I don't think we come in favor with some people. There are some teams that are fair-haired and some that aren't. There are some teams named Smith and some named Grabowski. We're Grabowskis. The Rams are a Smith team."

Have you seen his accuracy and poise though? The Patriots have the three best quarterbacks in the AFCE
