Blaine Gabbert could start week 1

    I think he will probably have the most success out of this years rookie quarterbacks but considering he lost his best receiver who knows if MJD can stay healthy it would help a ton

    Wow, I really hope this is true. Would make week 2 so much easier. That being said, I would be surprised if Garrard wasn't the stater.

    Well think that Cam Newton or even Andy Dalton also could be starting with Blaine if the football gods have their own way. Who else would you all start that is a rookie QB?

    I hope this is true, I want to destroy the jags in week 2, that loss in 2009 was one of the worst losses of that season, I thought we were officially done at that point.

    Garrard was named the opening day starter today, unsurprisingly. Barring injury, he almost certainly will be starting week 2, though I'd be surprised if Gabbert wasn't the starter by midseason.

    Yeah, there's no way Gabbert starts unless Garrard is injured.

    Del Rio's coaching for his job this season. The kid has looked pretty good, but not good enough
