OH God. The Jets won a big game against the Pats.:metal: Congratulations. Your team was the better team that day. Feel free to lord it over Pats fans for the rest of the regular season regardless of what happens in the regular season. I understand your pain. You are like Moses and the tribes of Israel in the desert for OVER 40 years. And last January God gave a just a glance into the promised land. You beat the Pats in the playoffs. God IS merciful. He just gave jets fans something to savor......for the NEXT 40 years.
I'll chalk this up to your sub-par reading comprehension As for the rest of you, enjoy yourselves. You can throw that playoff win in our face until your heart is content, and there isn't much we can do but sit back and take our medicine. Fortunately for us, a new season is almost upon us, and that win will become more and more irrelevant with each passing day.
OH Mike, take a chill pill. Can't you recognize a good natured jibe when you see one. BTW- given the lock out and no contact for all these months, plus not getting most of the vets in camp until 8/4, PLUS having only 5 or 6 padded practices before the first preseason game, makes any analysis, positive OR negative kind of worthless. Its just too soon to make any real valid judgements Wouldn't you say? As to Plex - He may be tall, but he isn't the first 6'5 WR to come into the league, and very few have dominated...in their primes. Plex is no longer in his prme. He was slow coming into the league (4;6) and he's more likely be slower now. Lets see him get on the field before you anoint him an upgrade over Edwards.
