he has more wins then most active qbs who have played 5-10 more years then him. He has been at his best in the clutch and in the playoffs. he has like a 97 qb rating in the playoffs, and has improved in the latter rounds of the playoffs. if your not going to hang your hopes on a guy who excells in big situations, who do you want to hang them on?
Not to quibble but an opinion and a POV are the same...a personal belief about a particular subject that is shaped by a persons own experiences. You have an opinion that Sanchez is a great QB; I see him as an average QB. One opinion is no more correct than the other. If you expect a forum where all opinions praise the Jets than you should not read any further and have a pep rally for them instead.

I haven't anywhere said that Sanchez is a great QB (nor should you assume from that that I don't think he is either, I haven't given you my opinion on the matter), just that his development thus far has in my eyes been entirely acceptable. opinions don't need to be based on personal belief, or wishful thinking. they can be based on and backed up by fact. those educated, thought out, and supported opinions are the ones welcomed here. If I were trying to get a "rise" out of this forum than I would write insults about your team and their fans. And, an opinion is based on personal beliefs; thats what makes it an opinion.
