I'm interested in seeing Wilkerson, Westerman, Kerley, Wilson, and McKnight. I will probably be real drunk so I don't know how good my evaluating skills are going to be.

In regards to Joe McKnight and Wilson specifically, do you think these two are going to get a ton of playing time all preseason ? I mean on one hand they both definitely need it, but on the other theyre both expected to contribute a bit especially including special teams.

Like its a given that the first string guys will play virtually 0, and that the 3rd string guys will play a ton.

But its really the part time situational contributors that im incredibly curious about like Kdub Westerman JMcknight and Kerley who I really dont know if theyre gonna want to put them out there much at all

On offense, I want to see Kerley & Powell(i think. that RB we drafted)

On D, Pitoitua, Ellis & Wilkerson. Also, i want to see if Kyle Wilson has improved

I'm definitely interested in seeing Kerley, both McKnights, Ellis, Wilkerson, and some of the other new/young guys. I'm really interested though in seeing the battles for kicker and punter. The new guys are supposed to be doing really well so that should good competition to get folk working hard. Also, I'm curious When plaxico is going to play in his first preseason game and how he handles it.

Looking forward to seeign Mcelroy, I am expecting him to get a reasonable number of plays.

He should be seeing a TON of action.

Theyre not going to use Sanchez much, and Brunell is REALLY old.

I expect him to be out there at least 90% of offensive snaps

Brunell will get a quarters worth. He still has to get reps.

Drew Willy may see time too. 90% is a little absurd.

    Forgot about Drew Willy.

I just expect the Jets to be incredibly cautious with having soon to be 41 year old Brunell playing with the 2nd string offensive line though

If Ellis can step up and play that middle like Big Jenkins once did, I could see this D rocking people...with Ellis,Wilk, and Pouha the Jets will have a dominate line....

So for me I have to say Ellis, I want to see him dominate....

Brunell has hurt his finger, might not play.

Yeah, going to see a ton of McElroy.. even if Brunell was healthy we'd probably see very little of him. The team knows what they have in him.. gotta get the rookie some snaps.

    went to camp today.

have to admit Kerley does look good. maybe its all the hype but he looks confident and fast.

    S McKnight is dogshit.

    J McKnight looked good.

McElroy is going to look good in the preseason games. his passes feel crisper and more on target than brunell and maybe even sanchez.

who is cumberland. dude is gigantic.

UDFA TE that Tanny signed last year. He was on Hard Knocks. "Special Teams, Special Teams, Special Teams."

In addition to the rookies, I'm most interested in seeing Jamaal Westerman operate with the first team defense.

in the TE drills he went right after Keller. I know Keller is a big dude but cumberland looks 4 inches taller and 40 lbs heavier. Other than special teams does he have a shot at an expanded role this year? the little i saw thought he looked good.
