He tweaked it doing football stuff. It will be ok. Looks like he did it yesterday while working with Holmes. He says he kept running on it after he did it but that it was a little swollen this morning. Rex is just being extra careful.
He tweaked it practicing on his own. He's been working out with trainers because he couldn't participate in team activities until today. He's been catching passes, running routes, and doing agility drills on his own. It looks like Santonio Holmes was working on a few things - great news.
