Hopefully the Wildcat playbook was thrown away...Unless we play the Bills, or the Bengals. Against the Bills we should just rest all the starters, and have Joe McKnight take direct snaps the entire game.
LT and Kerley can run the wild cat, but I think, as well as most everyone else, that it is going to be used less. His KOR's will be picked up by either McKnight, Kerley, Wilson or Cromartie, although with the kickoffs being moved up 5 yards, this will not be as important of a role. Smith was badly over paid by Buffalo, I liked him, his lose does not bother me as much of swapping Edwards for Burress.
Bullshit. he got 4yrs 15 (FIFTEEN) mill from Buffalo... we could've never wasted that much money on a ST ace that also runs the wildcat. I'm happy for him he got paid because he's a great human being but he was never worth that much to us. PS That said Kerley will take over some of his duties in the return game... as for the WC the more Sanchez develops the less is should be used.
The wildcat is a penis wrinkle of a formation in our playbook that was meant to take some of the pressure off Sanchez. If Sanchez is improving like we think and hope he is then there is no place for it in our offense.
The wildcat had lost effectiveness, I hope we will be using the wildcat much less and w/ KOs from the 35 that will hurt the return game anyway. We couldn't pay big dollars for Brad.
I don't like when Mr. E gets banned. It makes me sad. I've incorporated "die in a fire" into my everyday vocabulary.
Hopefullh noone.it was great to give mark a time out without actually using one. Now mark should not need it
as mentioned the wildcat was a wrinkle more then a staple.... and was really an uncessary one. sure, maybe 2 years ago, especially before we traded for edwards, amd with a rookie sanchez, that sort of thing was neccesary to move the ball and score points now, year 3 of sanchez, with all these skill players, id rather not see it at all
I think I've finally gotten over the whole 'This is just a regular TGG poster pretending to be a fictional character' thing, and Al Dorow helped me do it. Although he better not jump the shark as badly as raiderjeaux did.
No wildcat this season! Sanchez needs to be under center every snap. We can do trick plays from normal formations, which are way more effective.
That just means you've been paying attention. There are other variations of die in a fire, like enjoy your Aids or I'm glad I'm not going home to Bea Arthur's corpse like you are. I think the WC is done with this team, we tried to have LT do it for us last year and it nearly turned into a disaster. I think it was the Packers game. I liked Smith but I think Kerley will fill the receiving void he leaves (if you even want to call it that) and Cro Mart is going to do some KR from indications which doesn't thrill me but it is what it is.
He's fallen off a bit recently, not enough nuclear explosions of internet outrage for my taste. Good to see you posting again, Iggy.
