Just checked on Antonio Cromartie. No deal tonight. Raiders are in mix, but Jets working hard to get it done.

Good enough. Tanny is a tool if Cro doesn't sign with us or signs at Revis money. But you'll be the tool if Cro signs with us and gets less than Jonathan Joseph.

Not really, I think we offered him the last contract we will, and he's probably mulling it over/seeing what the Raiders do, and if he doesn't sign, we have Wilson play #2 and bring in Buchanon to play the nickel with Strickland.

Cro should stay. He knows the teams ability. Most fans I think agree we should have signed him in the first place, and used the xtra money elsewhere. He could be insulted though, which is the Jets own fault.

 

There must be a lot of babies in this league, since apparently every player that isn't brought back right away is "insulted".

God damn, Cro has only been a Jet for one season, I don't know why people think that Cro expects the Jets to treat him like he's Shaun Ellis or something.

 

The team had a good year, so did he opposite the best in the game. Aso wasnt a priority in anyones minds but the Jets i think. They need help in other spots.
