Like I said earlier, worst case scenario with Lawson, he's a younger, cheaper Cactus...

There's no way we're going to give Cromartie more than a 3 or 4 year deal. We're going to want Wilson to start by that point.

We might even want to trade Cro at some point if we feel Wilson is ready to start (so we might give him a front-loaded contract).

Exactly... and with Pace and Scott on the wrong side of 30 what's not to like? I also think he's more athletic. By getting him we have the option of going BPA in next year's draft (in rd 1) instead of being forced into draftin an OLB...

Sounds like signing Cromartie is pretty much a done deal. Only question is if/how much we overpaid.

Carlos Rogers is finally getting interest...from the Panthers

Makes sense with Marshall gone and Hogan being 50/50 for this year...

That is not what the tweet says. It says the Jets are waiting. Sounds a lot like Thursday night.

I can see that decrepit, old skeletor Al Davis offering Cro more than what Asomugha got. He is that retarded.

Sorry, but "the Jets are in the lead" and "the Jets have an 80% chance" does not sound like...

I'd be shocked if Antonio Cromartie ends up anywhere but here.

That was 2 seasons before we got him. Besides that one great season he's had a lot of good seasons, but not a ton of standout results for a guy that wants paid like a true #1.

It looks like he way take an offer on west coast and be srtinging us along just like A$$hole.

Antonio Cromartie | CB 2010 Team: New York Exp: 5 years
Analysis: Although a third team could be involved in Antonio Cromartie, it appears to be a two-time fight between the Jets and Raiders, a league source told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Sunday.

    * We won't outbid Al Davis if he wants him and this 3rd team shit bugs me. Just cut the F@CKER loose and move on....

Come on, Braylon Edwards and Manny Lawson are not similar situations.

    Mystery team = Philly

They want the best CB depth in the NFL.

Not to mention there would be 3 Cromartie's in the state of PA, can you imagine the amount of kids?
