BTW Another Safety has hit the market, Renaldo Hill was cut by the Broncos for salary reasons.

He's not the future at age 31, but he has a year or 2 left...

Eh... why not... still hping Pool comes back but wouldn't be opposed to signing Hill to back up Lowery with Leonhard & Smith @ SS.

PS Would somebody please mind cutting Cactus Thomas and signing Matt Roth!?!?!?

Thoughts on Steve Smith (CAR) for WR? Too small? Too old? Discuss.

  7. I like him, but I think the best fit is a physical receiver, one big enough to complement Holmes and Cotchery. Jones is a little bigger. BE would be ideal. Floyd would be OK.

Honestly, none of the names I'm hearing here excite me. This offseason has sucked donkey dick.

Too similar to what the Jets have now.

Plus I thought he changed his mind about leaving Carolina...

Call me crazy but I like the idea of looking at TE's instead of new WR Zach Miller, Todd Heap, Kevin Boss I'll take any of them at this point over FA WR's left on market

    ZACH MILLER

that name excites me and makes the most sense as far as opening up the running and passing game

    holmes and cotch

    double tes

or holmes cotch and keller split out wide wit miller on the line

Yea I saw those posts and agreed then. But then I started looking through the available free agents still and wanted to throw out the other two names. I did some research and it looks like Raiders want him back and he has mutual interest (why is anyones guess) just waiting on getting Wimberly signed long term to make the room

    Ah, was unaware. Roger that.

Glad the market isn't looking good for Braylon. Fingers crossed.

This may sound as blasphemy on a Jets board but I like Miller better than Keller and think he'd be a better fit for what the Jets do...
