Even if he's talking about Michigan St, i think he did it on purpose. He had to know that the tweet was ambiguous and would get people talking
I hate my rival, I talk shit about the day after they beat us. Braylon has shown a lot of class and I'm sure he understands it's a business so I couldn't imagine him tweeting something to stick it to the Jets.
Carr would be an upgrade on Coleman. He is a slot type corner and not even close to the corner Cro is. We need to sign Cro.
Sure. But one thing is if he's talking about College with a jab at the jets, and a whole different thing is if he's basically saying that he's gone and we'll have to face him twice a year. I can take the jab, it was well earned.
Today was Big 10 media day, Hoke is installing a new pro style offense at Michigan. The guy went to Michigan and like most fans/alumni do taking a shot at his rival. Braylon has shown a ton of class and the Jets have supported him through his troubles. I don't think he's gonna go out like that.
An why just mention this out of the blue and not say anything about MSU or Michigan or even replying to a question just coming outta left field with it ? He was aiming this at the jets even if it was in a pussy type of way.
I'm going out on a limb and saying that he had a long day (afterall he is a free agent) and just caught up on what Hoke had to say. Think about this, the guy has made it clear he wants to win so he's gonna go to a place that he is going to be a #2 option with Matt Moore and Chad Henne throwing balls to him?
Haha i hope not, for his sake. Although it seems strange and he is a moody type of guy. Maybe where looking to much into this, fuck twitter.
Someone (or multiple people) should tweet this thread to Braylon to show him how badly Jet fans want him back. Maybe it would help quell any ill-will towards the organization he might feel.
Then he calls tanny to get it done and he says "Nah where good. Thanks for your services tho Braylon" He and everybody else will feel like dumb asses.
The only thing keeping the Jets from trying to re-sign Braylon would be money and if Braylon himself just has more interest in other teams, which I wouldn't be surprised about after all the Aso stuff. The 'hometown discount' that Braylon basically said he would take to stay here months ago is likely gone, and I can't say I blame him. One good thing could be that Sanchez might be pulling for him to come back, restructured contract or not. Tanny has to be planning to bring in another WR, so I'd like to think that Sanchez might have some influence, with both the team and Braylon.
I don't understand the Jets' logic at all. Braylon and Holmes isn't Asomugha and Revis but it isn't Lenny and Squiggy either. You could lock up a 1-2 combo of players in their prime that competes or betters every 1-2 in the conference. Braylon's held on to the ball more and more, he seemed to have straightened up off the field and he offered a discount. Randy Moss is a band-aid. Edwards/Holmes is Sanchez' ticket to HIS next contract.
i dont have a twitter or any of that crap but this is a good idea considering the downtime B-Easy man he fits our offense so well. yeah that flight boys picture brings a tear to my eye thinking of such quality depth and continuity for sanchez
