    this philosophy is nice in jets land

    but i think i got my point across, you dont have to agree.

    weve already offered up to 12 mil a year. anything more than that is bad business on our part in the long term picture.

    unless theyre counting on wilkerson and ellis to just downright dominate and every other DB on the roster to stay miraculously healthy.

    all im saying is

    people keep pounding their chest like they know Aso. "OH IT WONT BE ABOUT THE MONEY HE WANTS TO WIN!"

    if he had such a burning desire to win and weve already made an offer within reason to our cap situation and he wants to continue to bleed out the negotiating parties its obviously more than him just wanting to win.

    I think the whole "48 hours" thing was him wanting to meet with the teams too. And I'm convinced that if he met with Rex tomorrow, he'd be a Jet by tomorrow night. Clayton might be right about this dragging into the weekend though.
