    how old is this tweet? I think its gotta be a few hours old...

    that said, the fact he hasn't made a decision yet, means the money isn't the end all be all, because the Texans were expected to put in the top offer anyways. Now that he has it, he must be thinking/doing something because otherwise he would have accepted it.

    It's not like Cromartie is a bad guy or gets arrested or in trouble with the law. Just has a lot of kids.. you think that would really scare the Texans off? It's not like he's Albert Haynesworth or something.

    Aso is definitely ours to lose. Even if we are offering less money, he will realize that taking 12 mil with a super bowl contender is better than taking 14 mil with a fringe playoff team. He is the stupid one if he is just going for the money because he will be golfing in Florida while the Jets are playing in the playoffs in January.

    Surely his second best chance of post season football after the Jets is staying in Oakland? I think they win that division this year. Are Oakland even trying to keep him, or has he just decided he wants out of there?

    agreed. If we turn around tonight/tomorrow (if he is still available) and don't come away with Aso, as soon as we show him the money, he will feel plenty better....
