Who's kicking for us this year? I'll be glad to see a legit kicker instead if being nervous everytime Nick Folk goes out to kick a FG

Seriously, the NFL is on to something here..really...this could be the greatest week in NFL history during a non season event.

I wouldn't turn to pure stats on this one.

Last season, the Jets had the most success when the offense went run-first. The heavy criticism of Schottenheimer mostly stemmed from the times he fell in love with 10+ yard passes and abandoned the run game.

I think the drafting of Bilal Powell was a dead giveaway that they're planning on returning to the smash-mouth ground game as the primary strategy.

I just love how that tard chooses to use Yahoo Fantasy League stats to make his claim.

Our kicker is literally the last thing on mind right now.

The #4 HB on our depth chart is the catalyst for reaffirming our offensive philosophy?

To be fair our efficiency went down as we were yards per attempt went down to 8th(that includes wildcat/reverses) and we went from 214 more rush attempts than pass attempts in '09 to just 9 more rush attempts in 2010.

Who needs a kicker? We'll just go for 2 every time and then have some fat Offensive Lineman kick the ball Out of Bounds to give the other team the ball at the 40 knowing that they won't be able to move the ball on our defense!! :breakdance:

Lead by LT and barely backed by shonne.

This sounds promising for you this season?

Greene wont stay healthy as a lead back and LT more then likely
will not be back next year.

    Nonesense

Good start and crappy finish to the season

Agreed... teams used to double and triple team moss at all times. last year we saw several teams have one guy singled up on him, and get away with it.

the guy flopped with 3 different playoff contending teams, that all had WR issues. including one team for which he had the NFL's MVP throwing to him.

    the guy is done.

You clowns complaining about a kicker need to realize this:

If we bring in a new kicker and he misses a kick early on, you SOJFs will bitch every single time he comes on the field for the rest of the season.

No kicker can be trusted. It's an unforgiving position.

Nick Folk got us past the Colts with an incredibly clutch kick, while also playing in a hostile environment.

Learn something about this game before you bitch about a kicker.

Look, your dream ownership has arrived!

  17. Folk did end Indy's season at the gun. I have confidence in him.

That said, it is, like with you, far from my mind.

  18. Thank you! Had to be said.

The SOJF think the Jets are the only team with kickers who miss kicks.

The Vikings and Titans both went 6-10 - they weren't playoff contenders.

    Try again.

+1. Folk was serviceable for the most part. Any team relying on a kicker is fucked to begin with.
