I know this would break your heart, but what are the odds on Drew Coleman being on this team next year?
If Eric Smith walks, then Digs will definitely be re-signed. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if the team decides to keep both.
Ihedigbo should be back at around 850k. The team likes him but he's best utilized for safety blitz packages. I could see this team having a hard choice between him and Eric smith though.
I'd be really excited to sign Antwan Barnes. San Diego is about 20 mil under cap, so they're in good shape, but they have quite a few free agents to sign. And I think they just signed Vincet Jackson to a 1 year, 11 million contract.
Lmfao , I actually love Coleman for covering slot WRs but there are actually pretty solid corners out there that can replace Coleman so I gues will hafta see how much the Jets like em.
hahahahahah. Nice. I like Smith, but I think Ihedigbo has a higher ceiling and less of a head injury history. Besides, Turner has the whole "is he black or is he white" thing down pretty good. Imo, Digs > Smith.
The Rex factor is clearly at work here I think. And, P-H, E called it...Snyder's a fucking moron. Cofield makes plays, but 6 mil per is just fucking crazy.
^ I can respect that. That's the best reason to remain with a team long-term. They still have to re-sign him though.
***WARINING. NOTHING BUT HYPOTHETICAL INFORMATION BEYOND THIS POINT*** So, what, a third-rounder for Zibikowski, then? I wouldn't be at all upset if the Jets went after that move. ***END HYPOTHETICAL STATEMENT***
That's actually a nice change and I have to respect that. That being said it could just be the old say the right things to get the most money out of the franchise tactic at play as well.
