This should be a pretty easy signing. The Chargers are switching D coordinators and Barnes already has experience with Rex. Plus he shouldn't cost very much (considering he was cut mid-season last year).

Hey we have until August 4th to get under the cap. Mike T and Company can make a lot happen between now and then. Between cuts and restructures and guys who sign elsewhere that creates the wiggle room. Barnes should be cheap and who else knows what Tanny has up his sleeve?
