SOJF, Phillip Buchanon was a nickel and dime back in Washington. He'd fill the same role in New York. If he's replaces anyone, it will be Drew Coleman. Sincerely, Mr E
So, we are assuming that Wilson isn't even good enough to be the nickel or dime in this defense? He is clearly not starting, as is evident by the Jets pursuing NA and Cro.
have you ever heard of a contingency plan? like say Aso and Cro go elsewhere. Wilson starts and we need a quality nickel/dime?
Unfortunately, I think this point will need to be repeated. Hopefully this means that Dan Snyder wants to give Drew Coleman way too much money.
Or that we could be losing more than one CB to free agency and that Wilson can't play both the nickle and dime on the same play.
This. If Cromartie leaves, and Aso is too expensive, we're in a bind at corner opposite Revis. Doubt Jonathan Joseph will be in our price range if we can't get the other 2. Wilson may be ready to play, he might not. Based on what we saw last year, it'd be utterly foolish to hand him the job when we have plans on going to the Super Bowl. In that case, we would probably sign a guy like Buchanon, one other solid cornerback, and Wilson, and have a battle royale to play opposite Revis and be picked on a lot.
The last thing that guy heard was the nurse assistant on the stroke unit asking him if he wanted pureed peas or mashed carrots.
first Gholston now this shit. what a bust. youd think in year two hed be able to replicate his atomic structure whatever happened to sacrifice? seriously though alot of fans are spoiled and dont know shit.
Well, if we sign Cromartie long term, I wouldn't mind having Buchanon on the roster. If we lose Cromartie, I'd take Buchanon, but not as someone who's expected to replace Cro. That role belongs to Wilson. All in all? I'm all for the addition. Darrelle Revis Antonio Cromartie Kyle Wilson Dwight Lowery Phillip Buchanon Drew Coleman Say good bye toMarquice Cole.
