The Tom Moore signing is obviously brilliant, but the McNally signing is interesting given we already have one of the best line coaches in the league.

Maybe we're worried about losing Callahan next year?

It sounds like Tom Moore will just offer advice to the offensive staff and players. ...better than nothing I guess. He did a hell of a job in Indianapolis for a long time.

McNally might be valuable to our defensive staff - he can pick apart the weaknesses in opposing offensive lines.

Roto says he'll study the video and offer suggestions. That's terrific, gives another crutch for Brian to lean on.

Or putting him in place for Callahan's job when Callahan replaces Schotty?

for those who have ever called woody cheap are just flat out idiots!!!

550 million for his part of the stadium, and being at the max of the salary cap every year is far from cheap.

the tom moore signing is a great move!!!!

and bringing back mcnally can only help!

That was a hot topic early in Woody's years as owner, it was comical then too.

I wonder if Shittenheimer takes this as a shot at him.. he probably should.

This definitely can't hurt.. what we've been doing in the red zone the past few seasons is unacceptable, so having an extra pair of eyes that has been successful in the past helping out can't be bad.

Why should or why would he? Did Callahan take it as a shot when they brought in McNally? Schottenheimer is one of the best assistant coaches in the league and we are lucky to have him but it neve hurts to have more experienced eyes helping out.

Jim McNally has been with us for like 2 years. He watches the OLine practice via skype. Also speaks with the coaches/players during practice with skype.

Seems like the Jets have been rolling in an endless procession of insurance policies, should Schotty decide to jump ship for a HC position.
