First if Ihedigbo becomes a FA he has to be a priority. Second, he just said that Sanchez was the main vocal leader at halftime of the AFCCG. The kids development as a leader has been remarkable. Tomlinson was on before Ihedigbo and said that Sanchez was leading his Jets West camp like a coach (which we heard from other sources).
I love Digs, he brings energy to the crowd with his special teams play and has shown vast improvement at safety. Players have said that they feed off his energy as do the fans when he does his "DIG" celebration.
^ ahhhh memories... Yeah and the worst part is I STILL dont have my Ihedigbo jersey I want those 4 year old kids in Burma to start knitting some out before I get angy, because I can't afford a custom authentic and I refuse to wear a screen print, just wont do it.
I go to UMass (Digs played here) and I saw some kid wearing a Ihedigbo Jets jersey and I had to go shake his hand. moral of the story, he's one of my favorite players
i went there (years ago). when we head back for a fall football game, i like to sport my "Ihedigbo" shirt. Not a lot of jet love in that area, but i remember seeing a 44 jersey or two a few times.
Not to rob this thread and turn it into something else but, why dont we get a head count here of everyone that wants an Ihedigbo jersey contact "Mr. Kims knock-off jersey store" (aka: a reputable fake jersey store) and get them to make us some. I'm sure with enough people wanting some they can at least peel off the numbers and names of a few Gholston's or Coles and slap some 4's and Ihedigbo on there, or strip down some Favre's and they'll be half way there. Start up a thread with a list?
